Brrr! It snowed as much as ten inches last night and into this morning. This is more like the Rexburg winter we know.

Family Pictures!

We are staying up way too late doing this, but we really wanted to show off our new family pics! Shelby of Dash Photography did a wonderful job; we are so pleased with how they turned out! Let us know which is your favorite--we still need to buy some prints to frame!

1st Digital Scrapbook Pages!

These are my first digital scrapbook pages!! They were a lot of fun to create. I still need to add some journaling before it is complete but I am so excited how it turned out!

Oh I think I found my newest hobby.

I hope to post pictures of our family soon! We are going to get family pictures taken on Monday. 

We also have our camera packed still I haven't be able to take as many pictures as I would like! Finding the camera has become one of the top priorities!!!! 

Jakobe's Birthday Party!

My nephew Jakobe is turning 1 on Wednesday but we celebrated it early so Thuy's mom and sister could be there. Here is Jakobe's cake it turned out so cute. It was made with love from Jakobe's mommy!

This party also included dinner. We had yummy sandwiches, watermelon, carrots, celery, "Elmo" water, and cupcakes. 

One of the activities was the Water Blob (Pinterest)! Its like a water bed. We learned that it is important to pay a little more and get a thicker plastic. Our first attempt didn't last very long before a hole was created and the kids enjoyed the water leaking out. Overall it was still worth the three dollars it cost. 

Here is our second attempt with thicker plastic Jakobe felt comfortable crawling around 

 We made a little video for Jakobe's dad. I was hoping to add to it but mommy duty called. Sorry Aaron I hope the pictures will be enough!

Here is the cute Birthday Boy!

He didn't really know what to do with the cake but once he figured it out he was all about it!

My sweet Ameisha is getting so big!

Another activity was making Elmo they all turned out cute and different!

Time for presents!!! 

We all had a lot fun. I am glad that I am able to be a part of Jakobe's life. He has great parents and I expect this little person to go far in life! Happy Birthday kiddo. We love you!!
